PORTFOLIO

NEXT.JS, REACT, TYPESCRIPT, TAILWIND CSS, SHADCN/UI

WILDCARDS

WILDCARDS

An Uno-style card game built for groups who want more control over how they play. Before each match, the host picks from configurable house rules so every session can follow a familiar format or something entirely custom. Online, players create a room with a shareable code or join an existing one; offline, the same setup supports pass-and-play with friends on one device. Built with Next.js and TypeScript, Wildcards keeps lobby setup, rule configuration, and in-game turns in a responsive shadcn/ui interface that feels natural on both desktop and mobile.

FOCUSNODE

FOCUSNODE

A productivity workspace that brings four task-management surfaces together in one cohesive design system. FocusNode combines a draggable Kanban board with swimlanes and priority-tagged cards, a Pomodoro focus timer with a distraction blocker, a daily planner that ranks tasks by priority or time estimate, and a team workload view that groups assignments by category and status. Built with Next.js 16 and React 19 on top of an OKLCH-driven Tailwind v4 token system, the app pairs shadcn/ui primitives with custom components to keep typography, color, and spacing consistent across every view.

THE NOTHING TIMER

THE NOTHING TIMER

A minimalist meditation app that promotes digital stillness in our hyperconnected world. Built with Next.js and TypeScript, The Nothing Timer features a clean component architecture with independent timer elements, ambient visuals, and movement detection that operate in synchronized state. React hooks manage idle sessions and meditation phase transitions, while Tailwind CSS delivers responsive design that adapts seamlessly across all device sizes to help users reclaim moments of doing nothing.

LYRIC VISUALIZER

LYRIC VISUALIZER

An interactive data visualization tool that analyzes vocabulary diversity across musical artists. The platform processes thousands of song lyrics, identifying unique word usage patterns and linguistic trends. Fast data retrieval is achieved through Redis caching, while MongoDB stores the comprehensive lyrics database. Users can explore how artists' language evolves across albums and compare vocabulary richness between different musicians and genres.

MARKETING FIRM PORTFOLIO

MARKETING FIRM PORTFOLIO

A distinctive website showcasing a marketing firm's capabilities and client success stories. The site features subtle animations and responsive design elements that highlight the firm's creative approach. Built with TypeScript for reliability and Tailwind CSS for consistent styling, the architecture supports quick updates while maintaining visual coherence. The site serves as both a portfolio of past work and a demonstration of the firm's design sensibilities.

EXPERIENCE

SPECCHECK

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

FULL STACK

Building the platform eye care practices and labs use to order lenses, working the full stack from React ordering flows to a Python AI service. Much of the product lives where a commerce-grade UI meets real domain complexity: prescriptions, live catalogs, inventory, and payments that all have to stay correct.

ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Built the Stock Lens Ordering Portal end to end, from catalog browse and a SKU power grid to Stripe checkout, with a cart that stays correct under concurrent edits
  • Built an AI Rx-ordering assistant across the stack, from a multi-agent OpenAI Agents SDK service and an Auth0-scoped MCP tool layer to a ChatKit frontend

APR 2025 - PRESENT

HARPIE

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

FULL STACK

Worked on Harpie's customer-facing Web3 security product in Next.js and TypeScript, helping people understand and act on risk around their wallets. A small, distributed team meant owning features end to end and making architectural calls quickly. The hard part was usually turning messy on-chain data into something a non-expert could read and trust.

ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Built a secure RPC-style layer that validated transactions and user identity end to end, making fraud-sensitive features auditable and harder to spoof

SEPT 2022 - APR 2025

REVBOSS

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

FULL STACK

Worked across RevBoss's B2B sales platform, from the lead inbox reps live in to the pipeline behind it. Built features that turned inbound leads into clear next actions, and spent real time paying down accumulated shortcuts so shared parts of the app were safer to change.

ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Wired machine learning into the lead qualification pipeline so scoring and routing improved over time and reps spent less time vetting inbound leads
  • Led a migration of legacy code onto a modern stack and tuned slow SQL paths so pages held up under real load

AUG 2021 - SEPT 2022

FANDUEL

MOBILE ENGINEER

SWIFT, OBJECTIVE-C

Worked on FanDuel's iOS apps in Swift and Objective-C, in a codebase where performance and reliability fed directly into the product. Built shared architecture other teams could reuse instead of rebuilding, and pushed accessibility earlier into how the mobile team worked.

ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Built a native wrapper and shared mobile patterns for auth, navigation, and hosting so new surfaces could launch without reinventing the basics
  • Shipped accessibility work across core betting and account flows, including dynamic type, VoiceOver, and contrast, so the app stayed usable on assistive tech

DEC 2020 - AUG 2021

FANDUEL

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

FRONTEND

Joined during a stretch of fast user growth, building interfaces that handled complex betting flows and held up during high-traffic sporting events. Worked on the design system through a brand refresh so products stayed visually consistent, and spent a lot of time making real-time, data-heavy screens readable for people of all experience levels.

ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Owned a TypeScript component library documented in Storybook so multiple product lines shared the same primitives instead of rebuilding controls in isolation
